Fixed-Tank Dual-Shaft Mixer

The FDA-50 fixed-tank dual-shaft mixer is a custom-designed agitated pressure reactor ideal for processes that require meticulous control over mixing, temperature, and pressure in a compact and portable module. The stainless steel type 316 dished-bottom vessel and removable dished cover can accommodate internal pressures up to 100 psi, stamped according to ASME Section VIII, Div. I. The mixer/reactor is equipped with two agitators. The mobile mixer stands on four splayed stainless steel legs with foot pads and non-marking urethane casters—two rigid and two locking—for stability and easy movement.

LUXAN CFX B842 is an immersion red pigment based on borosilicate glass. It is characterized by a pure, powerful red tone—combined with a high sparkle. The pigment stands out from conventional earth-tone effect pigments because it does not transition into red-brownish color spaces. It is available in a weather-, shear-, and chemical-resistant CFX version. The pigment offers high radar permeability and impresses with its color purity, deep sparkle, and strong chroma.

INDCO’s CB-series mixers offer efficient and hassle-free options for light- and medium-viscosity materials in 55-gallon drums. They are available with ¾ - 4 HP air motors that operate from 300-3,000 rpm, ½- 1 HP TEFC electric motors at 1,750 rpm, or ½ - 1 HP variable- speed electric motors that operate from 35 – 1,750 rpm. All mixers feature a clamp that adjusts to the rim of steel drums with a hand knob and sits at an angle, allowing entry through a drum lid bung. The unique folding propellers collapse to fit easily through 2” NPT openings, then expand to 4 or 7 inches depending on the model, working well with closed or open drums. All wetted parts are made of stainless steel for chemical resistance and long-lasting performance.

Irus Scan, the latest spectrophotometer for refinish customers, scientifically measures paint color on a vehicle to provide accurate color matches in waterborne and solventborne basecoat technologies. Irus Scan now joins the simple, three-step Irus digital color management process as the first step of: Scan – Match – Mix. The spectrophotometer leverages a patented inverse angle to detect hue-shifting effect pigments, which results in a more precise reading for popular achromatic effect colors. It has a user-friendly interface with a live view display of the RGB camera and does not require a skilled refinish technician to operate.

PPG STEELGUARD® 951 epoxy intumescent fire protection coating is designed for advanced manufacturing facilities, including semi-conductor plants, electric vehicle battery facilities, data centers, and other commercial infrastructure. The coating provides up to four hours of fire protection by expanding from a thin, lightweight film into a thick, insulating foam. This maintains structural integrity, allows more time for evacuation, and minimizes damage to buildings and assets. The coating delivers up to 3,500 microns of dry-film thickness in a single coat, and cures rapidly, ready for handling the next day.

Softwall clean rooms are designed to meet ISO 5 – ISO 8 requirements and feature a flexible design that allows them to locate over and around equipment, with the option of being mobile with casters. The structural framework is of aircraft anodized aluminum with clear vinyl curtains around the unit. The curtains can be strips or solid, depending on restriction of access, in clear or opaque white vinyl. Fan-powered HEPA filter and fluorescent lighting modules along with blank ceiling tiles are positioned into a ceiling grid system, and optional entry airlocks can be incorporated into the design. The HEPA filter modules have power cords and speed controls, and can operate on 115v or 220v power.
