How long have you been in the PHCP-PVF industry?

15+ years full time. 

What drew you into the industry?

We are a family owned and operated company out of Cleveland OH started in 1980 by my father. I have been in the trades since I was young, learning from my father. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Bowling Green State University, I began working full time with the family company. Fast forward 15+ years, my father has since retired and my brother, sister, brother-in-law and I run the company, specializing in both commercial and residential settings in HVAC, hydronic heating and plumbing. 

What is the most rewarding aspect of working in the industry?

We are presented with many challenges throughout the day, and it is our job to overcome them and find resolutions. To be able to diagnose and efficiently repair an issue all while helping our customers is a very rewarding aspect of the job.

What motivates you every day?

Continuing to grow my family's business with my siblings. 

What is one thing you wish more people knew/understood about the PHCP-PVF industry?

As our industry continues to grow our workforce continues to shrink, the demand for tradesmen and women in our industry is at an all-time high. The trades can be a very rewarding career, and companies are eager to hire motivated young men and women. If you are interested in a career in the trades, reach out to your local companies. What has been your proudest moment in your career so far?

Successfully being able to grow my family's business alongside my siblings, hitting company highs every year since our succession. 

What is one thing most people don’t know about you?
