Tremco Roofing’s AlphaGrade Restoration System was designed for and proven to restore aging but still functional gravel-surfaced built-up roofs (BUR). After repairing a restorable roof and removing loose gravel, three layers of bio-based, liquid applied, cold waterproofing protection are installed:
• AlphaGrade, a leveling coat that locks the remaining gravel in place
• AlphaGrade Base Coat
• Highly reflective, weather-resistant and restorable AlphaGrade Top Coat
Because all restoration layers are liquid, installation requires much less material and equipment than replacing a built-up roof. In addition, there is little impact on those using the building and no odor.

SOPREMA's ALSAN® Coating AC 401 is a VOC compliant, high quality, single component, plasticizer-free, water-based, acrylic elastomeric roof coating and protective barrier for various low slope roof surfaces and substrates. Upon cure, ALSAN Coating AC 401 forms a durable, reflective coating that is highly flexible and resistant to natural weathering with excellent adhesion. ALSAN Coating AC 401 may be applied as a reflective coating over most sound and dry single-ply, asphaltic modified bitumen, BUR and metal roofing systems.

A-310 Finish from Mule-Hide Products Co. is a 100% acrylic-based high-solids, heavy-bodied coating compatible with all common roof substrates, including spray foam. With the highest solids content of Mule-Hide Products’ acrylic coatings, it delivers a thicker coat per application, saving time and reducing material costs and leaving behind a seamless and flexible layer of durable protection. Its high emissivity dramatically lowers rooftop temperatures, helping reduce energy use for cooling and keeping building occupants comfortable. UV-reactive chemicals enhance its film-forming characteristics and resistance to dirt pick-up. It is available in white, gray and tan in 5-gallon pails, 55-gallon drums and 275-gallon totes.

Polaroof RAC is a solar-reflective, urethane waterproofing coating ideal for many types of roofs. Applied by spray, brush, or roller, it forms a durable and elastic membrane that provides long-lasting protection in all climatic extremes. The coating can be used on vertical and pitched surfaces so flashings and detail work can be seamlessly tied into the roofing membrane. Polaroof RAC has been tested by Underwriters Laboratories and FM Approvals as part of an approved system.

Titan has introduced two new high-flow gas-powered roofing and protective coatings sprayers – the Hydra X 4540 and Hydra X 7230. Equipped with Titan’s exclusive HydraStroke® Technology and Severe Service™ fluid section, these powerful sprayers have additional new features including the AutoLift™ system and a quick-change fluid section. The Hydra X 4540, which is designed for heavy coatings like asphalt emulsion and acrylic roof coatings, supports up to six guns at pressures up to 4,500 psi. The Hydra X 7230, which is designed for harder to atomize materials like silicone roof coatings, supports up to five guns at pressures up to 7,200 psi. Both will easily spray standard architectural coatings.

REJŪV is a revolutionary new product for enhancing and protecting asphalt surfaces. This pigment-free, bio-based treatment rejuvenates worn, tired-looking asphalt surfaces within minutes. Unlike other products for asphalt maintenance, REJŪV is an eco-friendly alternative that contains zero petroleum, tar, or flammable solvents. Duro-Last® Vapor Barrier is a self-adhesive vapor barrier composed of SBS modified bitumen adhesive on the bottom surface and a tri-laminated woven polyethylene on the top surface. A silicone release film covers the self-adhesive on the bottom surface. While designed as an underlayment to minimize vapor transmission, the Duro-Last Vapor Barrier can also provide a durable, walkable, temporary surface that protects the decking for up to four months until a roofing system can be installed.
