How long have you been in the PHCP-PVF industry?

13 years.

What drew you into the industry?

At the time, I was a senior in high school and just wanted to buy a newer car. I knew if I wanted one, it was time to get a job. My high school basketball coach at the time owned the company and so I started answering phone calls and filing papers and have made the most of every opportunity I have been given.

What is the most rewarding aspect of working in the industry?

I love getting to help homeowners and contractors choose fixtures for their homes and help pull it all together. Knowing someone trusts me to help make their house a home is such a heartwarming treat.

What motivates you every day?

Working tirelessly day in and day out to make a better life for my two rescue pups, Bear and Buddy. They make every day brighter.

What is one thing you wish more people knew/understood about the PHCP-PVF industry?

This industry is so vast and broad, there are so many opportunities to learn different trades and roles. There will always be a need for this industry and the many trades that are associated with it. No amount of technological innovations will ever replace the fact that at the end of the day, everyone needs to use the bathroom and especially down here in Southern Georgia, everyone needs air conditioning.

What has been your proudest moment in your career so far?

Earning the opportunity to buy into this wonderful company that I love and now being an owner.

What is one thing most people don’t know about you?

I play the violin and piano and love reading books in my spare time.

Brittini started as a receptionist/file clerk with our company while still attending high school. Later she became a full-time employee and was always among the first to arrive and the last to leave. That work ethic has been a constant characteristic for her throughout her time here. Over the years she has been involved in many roles within our company including sales, and project management across a variety of business operations. She is very active with Home Builders Associations on a local and state level. She has been increasingly active with ASA and a regular attendee at their Women In Industry Division events. She is also active in the service league in our community helping out with several worthy causes. She has excelled at every opportunity that has been presented to her. She continues to grow and improve upon her skills and abilities. This past year she became a Vice President and an equity partner in the company. It's a huge commitment from her, and comes with a ton of responsibility, liability, and pressure. But we have no doubts that she has the capability to excel in that role as well.
